Looking for a creative SMM manager!

We are Global Trade UA - importers of household chemicals! We have been working for 6 years, we are growing rapidly and dynamically. We develop sales throughout Ukraine through various sales channels! We are developing and today we are looking for SMM & Community Manager!

Who do we need? We are looking for a responsible and creative specialist with experience who will be in charge of communication with Instagram and TikTok stores, establishing cooperation and monitoring the promotion of our products.

Main responsibilities:

• Searching for Instagram and TikTok stores, communicating, and agreeing on cooperation.
• Creating and launching promotions for partner stores.
• Control over the write-off of goods, shipment and receipt of products by stores.
• Reporting on the placement of goods and advertising.
• Creating photo and video creatives to find new partners.
• Set up and run targeted advertising.
• Managing 15 Instagram pages of brands, filling them with content: 2-3 posts per week for each page.
• Daily updates of stories to keep consumers informed.
• Organization of sending goods to UGC creators, content control.
• Writing unique product descriptions with a favorable offer.
• Developing a brand promotion strategy: sweepstakes, collaborations with influencers and stores.

What we expect from the candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience in SMM or communication with bloggers/shops.
• Ability to negotiate and agree on cooperation.
• Content creation skills (photos, videos, texts).
• Experience with spreadsheets and reporting.
• Understand the principles of targeted advertising.
• Responsibility, creativity and initiative.
