The company “Global Trade UA” is engaged in the import and distribution of household chemicals from Europe. We are expanding and opening a vacancy for a Sales Manager in the online sales department. We are looking for an active, purposeful, and motivated Sales Manager – Sales Guru!
Requirements:
- Experience as a sales manager (telesales).
- Experience with online stores and/or marketplaces is an advantage.
- Knowledge of 1C, Excel.
- Communicability, attentiveness, flexibility, and a high level of motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Working with an existing customer base.
- Confirmation of orders in telephone mode and upselling of products.
- Creating customer orders, expense invoices in 1C, and shipping invoices.
- Monitoring order delivery and working with the Nova Poshta (New Mail) system.
- Monitoring accounts receivable and returns.
- Responding to customer questions and feedback on marketplaces.
- Updating product balances in 1C.
- Updating prices and stock on marketplaces.
- Adding and editing products on marketplaces and in the online store.
