Today we are looking for a Sales Manager to effectively manage the sales team (12 regions) and develop the business!

Main responsibilities:

• Management of the sales team (supervisors, sales representatives);
• Development and implementation of a sales strategy to increase market share;
• Negotiations with key customers and partners in the territories;
• Analysis of the market, competitors and trends;
• Control over the implementation of sales plans and budgets;
• Training and development of personnel, team motivation;
• Reporting and analytics.

Our candidate:

• Manager, with 3 years of experience as a sales manager, regional manager or supervisor;
• Able to build, motivate and competently manage a department team;
• Has successful experience in forming financial motivation, KPIs, planning sales plans and is able to achieve their implementation;
• Organized, responsible, proactive and with analytical thinking;
• Mobile and ready for business trips;
• Result-oriented!
