Head of Department E-Commerce (Kasta, Rozetka, Prom)

Description

“Global Trade UA” is a company specializing in the import and distribution of household chemicals from abroad. We are opening a vacancy for the position of E-Commerce Director (Kasta, Rozetka, Prom).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Development and approval of the direction’s development strategy.
• Increasing the turnover of the direction through the construction of sales funnels, customer service tools, and configuration of CRM system tools.
• Planning promo calendars and trade marketing events considering pricing (RRP), the portfolio of exclusive brands, and the activities of competitors and partners.
• Implementation of customer asset management: customer base segmentation, loyalty program development, implementation of new channels, and communication mechanics.
• Generation and control of content and creative materials on partner channels.
• Management of the reputation of sales channels, product brands, and individual goods.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales department, analyzing results, and developing strategies for improvement.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Successful experience in the position of e-commerce director (preferably both as an own channel and collaboration with marketplaces) for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of the drogerie, household, beauty market, and best practices of building and developing business processes in cooperation with marketplaces.
• High leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic abilities.
• Financial literacy, commercial approach.
• Practical experience with Excel, CRM, 1C.
